Speaking on the occasion of Mohammad’s (PBUH) appointment to prophethood, Ayatollah Hosseini Bushehri said, “One of the questions asked regarding Mohammad’s (PBUH) appointment to prophethood is, what is the secret behind his holiness’s appointment that led to the spread of Islamic teachings to the whole world.
“At a time of heartless murders, despoliations and terrible crimes, our prophet was appointed by God, a time when there were no rules or moralities practiced in the society, and the air was thick with ignorance and ineptitude,” He added.
Qom’s Friday Prayer leader went on, “Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) could further his mission by Quranic teachings, he captured people’s hearts and made them peaceful. This is the key role of Quran in guiding people throughout the world,”
The second element of prophet’s mission was good manners; this is considered a great example for Muslim community to follow since Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) is also praised for his good manners in Quran: O prophet! You are eminent because of your manners, “The member of Assembly of Experts added.

“The role of good manners in life is indisputable. It is of great importance to respect others, act humble towards people and treat them nicely, if one treats others properly and acts responsibly towards them, he or she could make a difference,”
“His holiness prophet Mohammad (PBUH) once said, “Treat those who live with you nicely, be kind with them, therefore God would be kind with you as well. The harsher one treats others and disrespects them, the less chance they would have to make God happy and receive his blessings,” he said.
